How you opt in to texts
Texts from Justinsane Designs only start when you call our business phone number and we can’t answer. Our automated voice message then says:
“Sorry we missed your call. Press 1 and we’ll text you at this number so we can help. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.”
We send a text only if you press 1. We record the number that called and the time you pressed 1 as proof of your consent. If you don’t press 1, we don’t text you.
What we text you
A short message saying we missed your call and asking how we can help. If you reply, an automated assistant asks for your name, location, and what you need, so Justin can call you back. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies with the conversation, usually a few messages per missed call.
Example first message: “Hi, this is the automated assistant for Justinsane Designs. Sorry we missed your call. What can we help with? Reply here. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL at any time to stop all texts. You’ll get one confirmation and nothing after that.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email justin@justinsanedesigns.rocks.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
- Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We use your phone number and messages only to reply to you and to call you back about your request.
- Texts are sent through our messaging provider (Twilio), and replies may be drafted by an AI service (Anthropic). They process messages only to deliver this service.
- Conversation history is kept for up to 24 hours for the assistant, and consent records are kept as long as needed to show compliance.
