AI on our sites
Our sites use AI personas that Justin Carl built and runs: Jelena, Harvey Hodžić, Zap, and the HVAC AI Toolkit. They are artificial intelligence, not people. Harvey’s life story is a fictional character background. When you chat with any of them, you are talking to an AI.
AI can be wrong. Treat what they say as a starting point, check their sources, and don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. For HVAC work, follow manufacturer instructions and local code; refrigerant work is for certified technicians only. For a gas smell, CO alarm, smoke, or fire, leave the building and call 911.
Truth Machine fact-checks
Truth Machine answers are AI analysis. Fact-check posts we publish on social media are drafted by Jelena or Harvey and reviewed by Justin before posting. Verdicts are our opinion based on the sources listed. If we got something wrong, email us with a source and we’ll take another look.
