This Privacy Policy explains how Carl’s Creative, LLC, doing business as Justinsane Designs (“Justinsane Designs,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses information on our websites and tools, including justinsanedesigns.rocks, voltedge.blog (including the Truth Machine), stephanagerecords.rocks, ironfret.club, and the HVAC AI Toolkit.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you contact us: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry.
When you call our business line and choose to receive a text reply, we collect your phone number, the date and time, and your keypress as a record of your consent.
Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and general location, to improve our sites. Some of our sites use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) for this.
Messages and photos you send to our AI chat tools (see “AI chat tools” below).
Your email address, if you join a waitlist (see “Waitlists” below).

How we use your information

To reply to your inquiry by phone, email, or text message.
To provide and support the services you request.
To keep records of consent as required for text messaging.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from Justinsane Designs, we use your phone number only to reply to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party.

AI chat tools

Our sites include AI chat tools, including Jelena, Harvey Hodžić, Zap, and the HVAC AI Toolkit. They are artificial intelligence, not people. When you send a message or photo, it is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, through our Cloudflare service, so a reply can be generated. Replies may include results from web searches and web pages the AI looks up. We do not keep a record of your chat messages on our own systems, apart from anonymous daily usage totals and short-lived counters used to prevent abuse. Our providers may process and keep data under their own policies. AI replies can be wrong, so check important information yourself. Please don’t share passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a chat.

Waitlists

If you join a waitlist, such as the Sovereign Stack waitlist, we store your email address, the date you joined, and the site you joined from in our own storage. We use it only to send you updates about that product. We never sell it. Reply to any update, or email us, to be removed.

Affiliate links

Some of our pages include affiliate links. If you click one, the company you visit may use cookies to record that you came from us, so we can earn a commission. That company’s own privacy policy applies on its site. See our Disclosures page.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our hosting, phone and text messaging, analytics, and AI providers, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. This sharing never includes the text messaging opt-in data and consent described above.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of messages, by emailing justinsanedesigns@outlook.com or replying STOP to any text.
